Hirano Aya’s Ultimate Zettai Ryouiki

Zer0 sent me a picture of an incredible mind blowing picture of Hirano Aya last night on MSN and finally posted details to it today, brainfucking me for an entire day.

Apparently Hirano appeared in a gravure idol magazine. According to Zer0, she didn’t shed her clothes (CUE SIGN OF RELIEF). And I certainly do agree with him that the whole concealing outfit certainly pumps up the X factor. And the garter… omg. At the rate that our Goddess is rocketing, it’s not going to be long before we can’t catch up with her.

But anyway, time to head down to Kinokuniya to grab the November edition of BOMB.

LOVE★GUN PV Review

LOVE★GUN has dominated my playlist for the past 2 days and the more I listen to it, the more I think it’s awesome. While I’m a big fan of Aya-chan, I don’t always like all her songs. I’ll go as far and admit that her previous single, Asu no Prism took some time to get into my groove. It’s not that bad, but I preferred Yorokobi no Uta better.

Her anime songs are still awesome though- Motteke! Sailor Fuku, God Knows (which I consider the best from her) and all the other Haruhi songs.

Having said that, LOVE★GUN totally kicks ass. And the PV just makes it even better. I finally got my hands on it, as well as some time to go grab the images off it. I did say that LOVE★GUN had plenty of eye candy shots; whoever the director and cinematographer is for the PV, Haruhi bless you.

The PV of Hirano Aya’s LOVE★GUN is finally popping up all over the interweb and I must say, it’s pretty awesome.

It’s an awfully catchy song and I found myself rocking to it after the 2nd listen. The first time, I was just too busy lapping up on her awesome legs. The cinematography for her LOVE★GUN PV is fucking awesome. I thought she was damn sexy (in a nice way) and cute in it. There’s just so many worth freeze frame shots in that PV.

This is her 3rd single in 3 consecutive months (and it’s breaking my bank! Please release teh album already!). But it’s pretty obvious that Aya-chan’s focusing on her music career now, now that she has jump started her career with Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu and Lucky Star.

And the countdown ends, marking Hirano Aya’s 20th Birthday! Happy Birthday!

For those who couldn’t guess it, meh to you! Last year, we had our countdown here as well and for some reason, it seem like more people knew about it than this year. But anyway, may our Goddess continue to get really juicy roles and Odex die so we can continue watching our animes in ease.

And here’s a simple collage I made from some of her older pictures. She has grown quite a bit from her entry into the seiyuu scene, and I’m quite happy for her. Now this collage is not exactly very fantastic, but hell, I’m really pressed for time no thanks to my stupid Film Form essay which I need to submit tomorrow.

Hirano Aya’s 1/19 Bpm photobook

Now this is one Hirano Aya photobook that I want to get. But there’s still no news of when it’s coming to Singapore. I actually was supposed to go Kinokuniya Orchard today, but went to the Bugis one instead because I was lazy (since it’s nearer to school). Didn’t ask the counter staff… so… I just wasted your time reading this useless information. Hah!

Anyway, some people have noted the absence of me mentioning anything about her first photobook, Stairways to 20. The truth is, I didn’t really like it when I first saw the pictures. Gasp! Blasphemy! I’ve no idea why I feel that way though. I was telling some of the people on #sganimebloggers that I preferred her blog’s pictures than those in the photobook.

Those pictures didn’t really feel very much like Hirano Aya, with the exceptions to the Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekisou concert pictures of course. Her “Have you Cum Twice” shirt is definitely unforgettable.

Anyway, below are some samples from the 1/19 Bpm photobook. Already from what I see from these samples, I have a feeling I’ll like it better. YA RLY.

Hirano Aya in Trusty Bell/Eternal Sonata

I just found out that the game that I have been waiting for ages has Hirano Aya lending her voice to Polka, one of the lead female characters. ZOMFG. SLOW. But still it’s not too late to share this nicely fan made compilation of all the trailers available for this game.

Aya’s character, Polka is awesome. I’m burning with desire to buy this game now. That’s as soon as I have enough money to get a PS3. Which I have plenty of time since the PS3 launch date is Spring 2008 for the Japanese release. And while I know this game is already available for the XBOX360, I dislike (not hate) that console for various reasons. Anyway, before I unintentionally spring up a XBOX 360 VS PS3 debate, I dug up a little bit more information about this Polka girl- She’s 14 years old, is a magic support class and uses a Parasol as her weapon of choice.

Awesome. Umbrella waving medicine chick with Aya’s voice. Uber winrar.

Must buy. Moar Hirano.

Hirano Aya VOICHA DVD!

Moar news on Hirano Aya’s VOICHA photoshoot. This video was pointed out by fellow Ayaist hashihime, who also did a lovely coverage on the NHK interview, do read about it.

After watching it, it has strengthened my faith in our Goddess. The shoot is very much a model/cosplaying shoot which she has mentioned that she enjoyed herself tremendously. Aya-sama has two don 2 contrasting outfits for this shoot- An Angel and the Devil. She’s bloody cute as the Angel and I thought for the first time she really oozing a little bit of sexuality in her Gothic Devil wear. It’s all in the name of good fun anyway. I really enjoyed this video and man, I gotta buy the magazine ASAP.

As soon as I entered the Temple of Ayaism, I wet my pants. Devoted Ayaism worshippers, hear me out! Our Goddess, Aya-sama has evolved into a Temptress! We might have to register our religion as a satanic cult now. Oh what the hell.

Aya-sama was featured on VOICHA, and as part of her photoshoot makeover, she’s turned goth. And sweet lord, I need to head down to Kinokuniya to see whether they are bringing this magazine in. Already I have to buy this two magazines featuring Aya-sama and now this?
