Hello from space!

Hello, it’s been while. I do realized there’s so much dust on this site it’s enough to suffocate a kid. I do apologize for the lack of update(s). If you noticed, there are ads on ADD now because even though this site is somewhat stagnant, the amount of traffic that ADD get is enough to break Maestro’s back, so upon his request, we have ads now.

The boys over at RIUVA also roped me in as a guest contributer for Kokanaden’s Otaku Helpline thingy thing which everyone should read about.

I’m currently working on another film project, a short film that I will be directing sometime in March. I’m currently writing the 6th draft of the script and once I’ve gotten some stuff in I’ll let you guys know. There’s probably going to be a chance for you guys to cameo in my film, so stay tuned ya? Hah.

Meanwhile, merry belated xmas, new year, whatever to everyone. My bad. Really.

Oh and for no bloody reason, I’m banned again from 4chan. Like what the fuck? Someone in Singapore, who is sharing the same IP string as me needs to stop fucking uploading CP. Bastard.

ADD Mascot: あ-chan is born!

After some deliberation, あ-chan is finally born! She shares the same birth date as ADD! 24th! Except she’s younger.

Both me and Cheryl is very happy with the response and feedback that you guys have given us in regards to あ-chan’s design. Some of you were already fapping so hard to her, even though she doesn’t even have a bikini unlike Mirai Suenaga, lol! I’m pretty sure we’ll be able to churn out more outfit for あ-chan (trust me to slavedrive Cheryl for moar designs, hahah).

Unveiling Anime Desho Desho’s Mascot!

I’ve always wanted a Mascot character for Anime Desho Desho, and it finally materialized a few weeks back when CherylHew approached me and asked if I wanted it again. I was toying with the idea with her a while ago, but it never quite materialized until recently.

We spent about a couple of weeks working on what Anime Desho Desho’s mascot girl would be like. I figured that she’s got to look loli-ish, have twintails and must be a meido! What’s a character without a meido outfit!? Having forced my demands on Cheryl, she begun painfully slaving working on a couple of drafts.

Here’s a couple of the early draft samples. Notice how we initially went with the school uniform idea before switching with the meido outfit.

Animeblogger.net Hosting Problems

If you have been having troubles trying to access Anime Desho Desho and a number of other aniblogs hosted on Animeblogger.net, it’s because we are encountering some hosting problems. Some aniblogs are take forever to load and some don’t even load at all (in ADD’s case, it doesn’t even load at all at sticks the middle finger backs at you).

I’m lucky that ADD loads today, though it’s extremely slow, it’s better than nothing.

Hopefully these problems will be fixed soon because I’m really annoyed at the downtimes. I was supposed to post the Window100% interview yesterday but I couldn’t even access my admin page.

Site’s back up, again.

Okay, Maestro has finally plugged the goddamned problem.

We have no idea what’s wrong with it, but Maestro helped me upgraded wordpress and all the plugins to their latest version and viola, the site’s back up. Some part of this site is still not working like the way it should be so please give me some time to fix it. A major shout of thanks to Maestro!

And hopefully, this is the last time this will happen. Once I’m done with fixing the rest of the problem, I’ll need to start churning out posts. THERE’S SO MUCH DRAFT POSTS TO BE POSTED!

And no, ADD’s no dead yet. It ain’t over till the fat lady sings.

Site’s back up

Aye, Maestro was upgrading all the Animeblogger.net server and apparently mine caught some nasty bugs during the upgrade and thus the site was down for a couple of day. It’s finally back up, and well the only plugin that’s conflicting is the featured feeds, so I’ll be removing it for a while until I can get one that works with the new version.

And no, ADD wasn’t hacked. Lol.

May you get plenty of Ang Baos so that you can pay more anime related merchandise and figures. Remember to turn off Hikkikomori-mode so that you can venture out and get more red packets. Since it’s the Year of the Pig, remember to pig out on the lovely Chinese New Year goodies!

Updates are slow lately because I’m too engrossed with Granado Espada. It’s amazing because I’ve not watched a single episode of anime ever since I started GE-ing! Lol! But do keep a look out for 2 posts which I will pop in soon- Tsubaki’s figurine clearance sale and also my interview with a Japanese magazine about Anime Desho Desho.

I honestly thought the first prototype was nice and I was more or less ready to use it.

But after I took a bath and took another look at it, I felt it was lacking something. I appreciate the feedback given and I’ve taken some of them into consideration (even the silly little flame war going on at #Sganimebloggers at around 11pm).
